Das vorletzte Photo in der Reihe war ja ein Rotkehlchen – und um da anzuschließen, möchte ich heute das ziemlich seltene Schwarzkehlchen (Saxicola torquata) vorstellen. Es handelt sich um ein Männchen, das mir am Wochenende vor die Linse kam. The photo befor last in the row was a Robin, which is rather common. The German name Rotkehlchen means 'Red Throat'. Today and to continue on this line, I will show you the pretty rare Schwarzkehlchen or 'Black Throat'. For you Anglosaxons: this is a Stonechat (Saxicola torquata); a male to be excact.
